Sunday, Sunday, Sunday

Andrews Brothers
The entire musical was danceable AND WE HAD TO SIT THERE! IT WAS PURE TORTURE!!!!!! But luckily we were able to dance in our row for the orchestra play-off. Yay!

Church
Whenever the band starts playing a song that people feel the need to clap along to, we get up and dance. And it feels even more blessed when the song’s lyrics encourage God’s people to dance!

Target
Marvin Gaye’s “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” started playing and we dropped what we were doing to dance…unfortunately it was only a short demo playing…

Main Street Firehouse – Disneyland

We walked in with the intention of dancing since we couldn’t stay very long before I had to leave for rehearsal. Luckily, Firehouse 5 plus 2 was playing in front of Walt’s Apartment. So we put down our stuff and busted a move! We went for about 15 minutes, then grabbed our stuff and moved on.

Pinkberry – Bella Terra

We were cuddle-standing waiting for our “healthy dessert”* and we realized why do that when we can bal!  So we did.  Finished out the song with an unenthusiastic frog, took our ice cream outside and enjoyed it.

* Part of our dining conversation revolved around this “healthy dessert” concept.  If a dessert bills itself as “healthy”, people feel comfortable eating more than they normally would.  This (in my – Jeremy – eyes only apparently) creates a fallacy that leads people to overeat and increase the size of their stomach/appetite.

The Enchanted Tiki Room – Disneyland

After dancing to Stompy, we dragged some of our friends over to Tiki room.  Lindybombed the Enchanted Garden and the interior.  Waltzed/swung out all around the central plaza!  Helped the cast member through his speech about food and drinks (flash photography)…was one of the most lively people in the room (ALOHA!).  It was incredible….

Mimi’s Cafe – Newport Beach

Lullaby of Birdland after brunch (delicious crab and avocado omelet).  Sung by a male vocalist who did his own scat thing instead of paying tribute (via mimicry) to Ella.  Sadly it was rather quiet speakers and no clearly defined ending for Birdland, so once we realized that, we dipped and scattered (we needed to get going anyways).
We got some smattering of applause throughout the dance since there was no clear ending.
